Vast variety but after service is poor

Very pathetic service. I just called ' I need freezer. I live out of city but I need freezer in Gojra ' someone attended call ' he doesn't know about sales. I said ask any sales persons he said all are busy no one available even owner also busy. As I came to know that they are good in service but practically ...... different. If they don't manage phone queries then it means marketing is flop or 2nd option they don't need marketing and sales

😡Very Disappointed. Not recommended.😡 They took payment first then provide the product (fan). That was not fine. Then we ask for money back and they didn't. They said you have to buy other fan. The main thing is that they wast our time. We were not interested in any other product (fan) but they forced us to buy other fan. Remember that I'm not here to giving the review about the equity of product. This happened today. So I'll give it after using. This is bout how they treat their customers.

Terrible and Pathetic Service. ❌❌ Not Recommended ❌❌ I had a horrible experience with this company. Here's what happened: 1. They sent me a cooking range without a knob, and it didn't even come with a user manual. When I pointed out the broken knob in the display, they promised to send a fresh piece from storage. But instead, they removed the knob and sent it with a sticker covering the hole where the knob should have been. 2. Initially, they sent me an old model Ecostar washing machine. When I complained, they replaced it with a supposedly new model, but it was damaged and didn't work. Unfortunately, I lost the warranty card, but the company refuses to take responsibility for selling me a broken machine. They claimed they don't have time to investigate. 😡Clearly, they don't know how to treat their customers."
