I am a loyal customer for many years. They were able to get my van in to give it a once-over, get my oil change/tire rotation before we left for vacation. They discovered an issue that needed addressed that could have spoiled my vacation and took care of it for me. I highly recommend Palker Automotive!

I feel very let down, I went off all these 5 star reviews. Put my trust into a business to be straight up and honest. I was very thorough on the problems of my vehicle. After meeting the two guys there, again I felt comfortable, and confident I just found an honest mechanic.. I drove away, two blocks down my vehicle stalled.. surprise!!! Just another place making quick money off other people's hardships. $260 to unscrew and unhook 1 O2 sensor and install a new one. The problem I have is I was told it was test driven and I shouldn't have any problems stalling, and was even going to come back for a muffler install. I was ok cause I was told he spent 4 hours on it relearning sensors and this and that. No bro, t don't believe you did. I believe, computer said bad O2 sensor, quick easy fix. But not so, the "the test drive" never happened..I literally didn't get more than 2 blocks away still the problem existed....no problem, you got me.

I'm thrilled to have discovered this exceptional location, and I'm eagerly anticipating the opportunity to experience their outstanding services firsthand. Since my recent relocation to Cleveland, Ohio, I've found it truly challenging to identify reliable and trustworthy individuals amidst the crowd.

I cannot thank Ward enough for his exceptional service! Had a emergency service needed two days before Christmas and he was so kind to repair everything so quickly and at a very reasonable price. I will only use Palker from now on.
