I called on this company to come fix my garage doors and program new remotes at my current home. They also fixed my garage door issue at my previous home years ago. They are professional, came over quickly, and got the jobs done fast. Highly recommend!

I bought 5 new doors and openers from them on a huge new construction home for $34,900. 2 of the doors rarely open unless we assist them up by hand. The doors have regular issues with closing-will go down part way then back up. The limits of the doors were never set properly. The window tint is terrible with huge bubbles and scratches in it. I have called them many times asking to rectify but they simply do not care. It’s now 1 year later and they still do not show back up take care of any of the issues. Mandy is so rude about all of it. I build homes but she soured me from ever buying anything there again. Her husband don’t make any attempt to fix these issues either. (They own the place) buyer beware. The openers are inferior for their first problem. Their (her) customer service is a big problem. Mandy is the worst problem. I finally had to hire a different company to come fix their issues. I gave them plenty of chances to make this right and they refused. So I guess it’s time for a negative review. This business will never prosper with Mandy at the helm of it.

The spring broke on my garage door. Called around for fixers. Overhead Door were polite, quick and fixed the door within 2hrs of my call. I love quick prompt reliable services. Mandy and Zander were beyond great to work with. Highly recommend!

Outstanding service at a fair price. I received next day service to replace an opener. The two technicians that came out were very efficient. They completed the job in 30 minutes. Very satisfied!
