I always have a great experience at Ottohaus! The team is professional, honest, and easy to work with from start to finish. A special shoutout to Kris, who took the time to explain everything clearly, kept me updated, and made the entire process stress-free. Itโ€™s refreshing to find a shop thatโ€™s both knowledgeable and genuinely customer-focused. Highly recommend Ottohaus if youโ€™re looking for reliable, high-quality service.

I recently took my 2012 Audi to Ottohaus West Ashley for a second opinion after a first inspection suggested extensive labor to fix oil leaks and other items they thought needed replacement. After the inspection at Ottohaus, Kris walked me through the repairs my car needed and answered so many of my questions. His honest assessment, impeccable knowledge of all things european cars and ability to communicate helped me decide to keep my car and have Ottohaus do the necessary repairs. His repair estimate was more reasonable than the first opinion. Thank you, Kris and techs at Ottohaus: I enjoy and feel safe driving my old Audi wagon. So glad I came to you. I am confident I can count on you to service my car going forward.

Denied at the door Nowhere on their site do they mention "will not work on cars above 20+ years" but they do state "new and old volkswagen auto repair" as recently as january of 2025. I was denied over the counter (no inspection, no glance at the car) and told "our tools can't read your car" over the counter, when i can read it with a standard obd-2 tool. While i understand calling ahead may have helped, these claims are clearly stated on their site, and the manufacture year(s) of my car was between 1999-2008. The 2006 model (has the same obd2 protocol as my 99) was still being serviced at the time according to this "20 year policy"

Staff is friendly professional and the shop is very clean. They also went the extra step did a little research on the history of my BMW and not just the history of my vehicle, but the history of the model the model year and gave me a real honest service. I will definitely be using their services in the future.

Brought my 2024 Audi Q7 in for an oil change. I usually take it to the dealership but wanted to try a new a new place. The whole transaction was seemless! They scheduled me quickly for a drop off and had it finished in 90 minutes! Great price and didn't try and upsell me on things I didn't need. I will definitely be coming back for future tuneups
