I live in Fort Collins and Nick was recommended to me by a friend. I was struggling to find someone who would finish a remodel as a result of water damage. Nick and his team were extremely pleasant to work with and they did a beautiful job of rebuilding/refinishing my kitchen cabinets and trim. All interactions exceeded my expectations. I will definitely hire Optimum Builders again in the future.

Optimum Builders came through for us when we were finishing our bathroom remodel. Nick and his crew are so knowledgeable about tile, drywall, stone countertops—but especially woodwork. Because they are so organized they quickly assessed what needed to be completed. Using skilled techniques to help cabinets fit properly and stone counters blend seamlessly really showed in the finished work. They paid attention to detail and took time to caulk and paint edges so that our bathroom looks beautiful at close inspection. Nick also built and installed a custom frame around our mirror to update and coordinate with our vanity. If you have a project Optimum builders has the ability to deliver quality finishes.

Nick and his team were amazing! Very friendly and eager to please. We drew a rough photo of what we wanted and he nailed it. He was so busy at the time but did not take on another commitment until our project was finished. That did not happen with some of our other sub- contractors. Nick was extremely careful not to damage the hardwood floors, walls and woodwork as he worked on our house. He was so friendly and considerate— you can tell he is a man that was raised well. We would give Nick the highest rating possible (and we’re picky😀)!!!!!!!
