Thank you Silvana and Silvio! Ocean mile jewelers fixed my grandmas watch which was not an ordinary fix! Adding a custom link to make sure it was sized properly was amazing work and now I can always wear it! And Silvio offered options to clean it while maintaining the gold plating! I can't thank Silvio and his wife at Ocean Mile Jeweler enough for the incredible custom bracelet they made for my best friend. It was designed to honor her father, who recently passed. He was a military pilot and shared a love of travel and adventure with her. The airplane design came out perfect and is such a special tribute. Silvio was amazing throughout. He was great at communication, understood the vision right away, stayed in touch, and had it finished exactly when promised. He also worked with me on pricing, which I really appreciated. They only use sturdy, high-quality gold, and you can really see and feel the difference in the final piece. The whole process was smooth and heartfelt, and the bracelet brought a real smile to my friend’s face during a tough time. Silvio found us the exact wedding bands we wanted, and special ordered my wedding band to match my engagement ring that was bought abroad in Jerusalem. We had previously inquired at three large jewelry stores at the Galleria Mall and none of them could get us what we wanted, but Silvio did! To top it off, his prices were the best. I accidentally broke my rope chain while on vacation in Fort Lauderdale. I found this shop close-by near my Airbnb and dropped it off for repair. I cannot thank them enough. They went above and beyond to repair my chain. Thank you guys again!! :)

Silvio is the best! Very reasonable prices (best I found in the area!) I am from New York and I typically save all my jewelry to be worked on up there but now This is my go to place. He fixed a ring I never thought would have been able to fix and wear again. I am coming back!
