Oak Creek Plumbing Kitchen and Bath

I needed a tub spout/diverter replacement. The spout would not come off the traditional way. Gabby and Todd had to use a sawzall to remove the spout, then extended water pipe, and installed new spout. Job was done professionally and to my satisfaction. Both plumbers were pleasant to work with, and they cleaned up nicely. Roxanne was also so nice to work with when I scheduled my initial service call. She was able to schedule the work the same day.

No stars if I could. I’m so disappointed in the service. I was very much looking forward to finally finding a great plumber. No such luck. They told me it would be 59 for service call. Fine. Then another 300 diagnostic to tell me what’s wrong. And that if the repair was 300 or under the diagnostic would apply. If it was over I’d have to pay for the remainder. Fine. I was charged 220 extra dollars to replace the shower arm. They refuse to discuss with me and continue to ask me “well did we fix the problem?” And tell me “we are sorry you’re not satisfied with what we accomplished for you”. Passive aggressive and gaslighting me. Do not recommend nor would I ever use there company again.

The serviceman, Bob was very personable and friendly. He explained everything that he was doing and the charges were correlated. This is my second time working with Oak Creek Plumbing. They had helped me with the plumbing at my parent’s house and did a great job there too!

I asked Home DePot to help me find a Plumber, when I was in the Delafield store at 7:30AM, thru their ProReferral Service. Oak Creek Plumbing was FAST to reply. Their office Team helped to coordinate Same Day Service. Gabby S came out at 1PM, understood exactly what I needed done & completed the job in less than an hour! I will DEFINATELY call them, again... & ask for Gabby S to be our Plumber in the future!

Would definitely recommend! Bob was very professional and answered any questions I had. Replaced the faucet on my stationary tubs. My previous visits included replacing a sump pump and a toilet. Tub conversion to shower, I am extremely happy with. Outstanding customer service by all staff, meticulous work and cleanup.
