I called late on a Friday and got a call back first thing Monday. They sent two techs out the next day after hours and had my washer fixed in about an hour. The tech was super kind and humble and figured out a problem another company couldn’t. Everyone I talked to on the phone and in person was friendly, helpful, and really accommodating. Highly recommend!
I called for service yesterday morning and Jeff came out the same day. He diagnosed my issue within 30 minutes. He didn’t have the part available but came back this morning and fixed it . He provided a 30 day warranty. I highly recommend them for your repair. I will be calling them next time I have an issue with any appliance. He and his wife very personable and did a great job for a reasonable price.
If you are in need of any appliance being repaired, please call Northeast GA Appliance Repair. They are wonderful!. We have had service calls on our dishwasher and washing machine. They are very reasonable with their prices, prompt, honest, and courteous. They will even give you the information you need to decide whether you need to repair the appliance or if you need to replace the appliance even before they make the service call! We will never use anyone but NEGAR and highly recommend to everyone else.
