Napoli Restaurant offers an exceptional ambiance that truly stands out. The setting is elegant, with a warm and inviting atmosphere, perfect for a cozy dinner. However, while the drinks were fine, the food left much to be desired. The pizza was standard, nothing out of the ordinary, and the beefsteak was overcooked, lacking the tenderness expected, though the mashed potatoes served alongside were quite nice. The dynamite prawns were decent but didn’t impress. Overall, while the ambiance is outstanding, the food was fairly average. Would recommend for the atmosphere, but not so much for the cuisine.

Our experience at Napoli was amazing. The ambiance and lightning is perfect. The atmosphere was truly awsume. We orders Dynamite prawn, Polo Chicken & alfredo Paste. Chicken was 4/5 but Alfredo & Prawns were very amazing taste. We spent around 7k for 2 people. Kind of expensive but it is a fancy place and restaurants what can you expect? Loved it and will come back again later!

“I was on a personal trip to Lahore and looking for a relaxed spot to hang out with friends. A friend recommended Napoli, and I’m glad I took the suggestion — it turned out to be a great experience. The restaurant offers both indoor and outdoor seating, and both spaces have a really pleasant vibe. We started off with cold coffees and a medium-sized pizza, which were both excellent. Later, we ordered sandwiches, and they too were delicious — fresh, well-prepared, and full of flavor. The ambiance is impressive — cozy, clean, and welcoming. The staff was courteous, and the service overall was smooth and attentive. One minor inconvenience was parking, as the area can get a bit congested. However, the availability of paid valet parking made it manageable. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience. Definitely a spot I’d recommend for anyone visiting Lahore and looking for a quality café/restaurant to unwind with friends.”

No complaints at all when it comes to the taste or quantity. The food was absolutely satisfying! Unlike many other places in Fairways, Napoli delivers generous portions that truly fill you up. You won’t leave hungry, that’s for sure. However, the service definitely needs improvement. On multiple occasions, we had to look around for a waiter, but no one was available or attentive enough to respond. Another concern was the pricing: the bill didn’t match the prices on the menu. When we pointed it out, we were told the menu shown to us was outdated. Great food, but they seriously need to work on their staff training and billing transparency.

I was on a personal visit to Lahore and was looking for a cool place to sit with friends and spend some time. Napoli was recommended by a friend so tried and it was worth it. Very good outside sitting environment as well as indoor. We ordered cold coffees and a medium size pizza initially. Then we went on to order some sandwiches but the food was very good. Excellent ambiance and service level. Parking can be tough but paid vallet parking is available . Over all a very good experience.
