Miso Defence Raya

We were seated immediately upon arrival, but things quickly went downhill. Part of our order was missed, and despite asking multiple times, we kept getting vague, roundabout responses. The food arrived in bits and pieces—not bad in taste, but the service was well below par. Some items never showed up, and we had to request they be removed from the bill. The most shocking part, however, wasn’t the slow or sloppy service—it was witnessing someone who seemed to be the manager or owner take off his shoes and socks and put his feet on the sofa ledge directly facing us. That might fly in a roadside dhaba, but in an upscale Raya setting, it’s completely unacceptable. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

I recently visited Miso and while the food and atmosphere were great, what truly stood out to me was the exceptional service from the staff. Umair Manager From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly with genuine smiles and a welcoming attitude. It instantly set the tone for a relaxed and pleasant experience.

Daniyaal was our server. He took care of everything timely. We were seated in a lovely part of the restaurant. Food was exceptionally good. We ordered a variety of things including starters, soups, continental, and japanese dishes. Everything was up to the mark and very delicious. 10/10 recommend.

We had the pleasure of being served by Umair Captain during our dinner, and he truly made the evening unforgettable. His professionalism, warm personality, and attention to detail stood out from the very start. The chicken teppanyaki he served us was simply outstanding - perfectly cooked, flavorful, and beautifully presented.

Good ambiance. 1st floor is executive lounge which is great place to have family meet up and business meetings. Raya ambiance itself is improving after implementation of security checks at entry points. Food is good. Service slightly slow however manageable. 4.5*
