Napa Valley Vacuum & Sewing

I have received the absolute best service from Tom and his staff over the years. Tom has fixed several sewing machines for my Mom and me, and recently told me that my current machine is one of the best suited for the kind of sewing that I now wan to do. I was pleasantly surprised that he was so honest when he had an opportunity for a new sale. We've had our Singer, Necchi, and Pfaff sewing machines in for repair and our Dyson vacuum cleaner. All were quickly serviced, worked like new, and repairs were priced competitively. Tom is very passionate about his work and provides exemplary customer service. I feel like part of the family. Brought in my walking foot machine for service. Tension wasn't working. Quick diagnosis, replaced broken spring, lubed and cleaned the machine. Quick reliable service. Couldn't be happier!
