Most of the work in NADRA is done on recommendation and there is a lot of rush. People are rude. The government should make NADRA facility 24 hours so that there is no rush and people can work easily.

After remodeling it's a State of the art setup will Executive look and services. Dedicated team. Operational in 2 shifts from 8:30AM to 10:30PM so is the ease for the working people to visit in their free time to get processed. Due to one window operation applicants are processed in a speedy way. Senior citizen, women and special people are privileged being processed on top priority.

Here armed licenses are made at federal level not at provisional level. Here only these services are available Id card, frc, arm license, B form, Birth certificate and maybe more.

The worst service I have ever experienced in Pakistan. Staff doesn't have professional attitude, even the officer ranked person who approves ID cards try to make fools out of every pakistani citizen. This officer's agenda is to irritate pakistani citizens at the maximum level. He likes people to come 100 times to the office even just for their simple ID cards. Every single time, he demands a new document just to bother citizens in such an alarming heat, and people go back and forth to satisfy him but his habit of bothering people never ends up.
