Mixed Experience at Mr Winggz – Hit or Miss I've visited Mr Winggz multiple times, and my experience has been quite inconsistent. Sometimes the food is absolutely delicious — crispy, flavorful, and fresh — a real treat. But on other days, it feels like a different kitchen is running the show. The food arrives overcooked or tastes like it was fried in oil that should’ve been changed earlier. This inconsistency really affects the overall experience. The service is also unpredictable. Occasionally, the staff is attentive and courteous, but other times they seem uninterested or disorganized. As for the atmosphere, it’s a similar story. There are moments when it’s calm and cozy, ideal for a casual meal. But on other days, especially when the AC isn’t working, the place gets uncomfortably warm and humid — which takes away from the dining experience. Mr Winggz has potential, but consistency is key. A little more attention to quality control, service standards, and basic comfort could really turn it into a go-to fast food spot.

Third class service.. Jo order kren woh ni bhejty. I ordered the Crust Pizza but the pizza was very dry and the chicken seemed so dry and freezed. My guest and I was extremely disappointed, I complaint about quality they were delivered but the most shocking thing is that they are saying sorry this time and we can do our best next time. I mean what the hell is this? Whoever try to taste their restaurant they will say the same thing? Totally disappointed and not recommended at all.

My recent experience was extremely disappointing. I ordered both a burger and a sandwich. The sandwich arrived first — it was completely burnt, dry, and had no mayonnaise at all. It lacked both taste and quality. Then I had to wait an extra 20 minutes for the burger, and even the staff seemed unaware that the burger was part of my order. There were no tissues provided, and the air conditioning situation was strange — freezing cold near the unit, but the rest of the space was uncomfortably hot. I used to be a regular customer here, but after this visit, I’ve decided to boycott the place. Poor food quality, bad service, and a careless attitude — definitely not coming back.

Very bad experience. The quality was extremely poor, and the taste was terrible as they are clearly using low-quality ingredients even in their so-called top-notch pizza, the Signature Stuffed Crust Pizza. When I complained about the taste, they offered me a small pizza. I don’t need a small pizza when I already ordered an X-Large from this cheap quality restaurant. The issue is not the size but the quality, what they claim and what they deliver are completely different. Totally disappointed.
