Great company. I called with a water leak in our rental property and they arrived within 40 minutes of my call. The quickly assessed the problem and fixed the sewer backup. They also found future potential issues and the owner came out and did some work they weren’t originally there to do. The owner is a very nice guy and the plumbers that arrived were great. Thanks Mr Rooter! Will definitely use them again.

Beware Check the L&I site. They're not licensed plumbers. They also said that what their previous employees that did work at my house, didnt know what they were doing. They were only trained to snake drains. They also turned off my furnace, and unplugged it. It was 23 degrees that night. I spent hours trying to figure out why I had no heat. I spoke with the weekend guy and he thought it was funny. He wanted me to go to my furnace and tell him what I saw. Look to a reputable company. 3/4/2026 UPDATE After continued problems with the blockage I was advised to request pictures of my mainline. Instead of pictures I got a phone call from the owner, Chris. He was unprofessional and a bully. He claims they didnt touch my furnace, so my having to go downstairs the next morning, find the plug on the floor and flip the switch was a coincidence? Be accountable. You talked over me the whole time refusing to let me speak. You claimed my son did a google review and told a "bunch of lies". I tried to tell you that my son didnt leave a review. You lied and said he even said he was my son. You replied to "Nick". I don't have any sons named Nick. I tried to tell you that was MY updated review and you still chose to argue and prove your dishonesty.

I had a great experience with a Mr. Rooter technician named Andre. I had some questions about sediment buildup and he guided me through the water heater flushing process. He also suggested some improvements to my water system I was unaware of. Very friendly and helpful - recommended!

Pat and Brady were extremely helpful in assisting us with what we needed to repair immediately, and what we can wait on for more funding. Brady did an excellent job installing our sinks and faucets. The spaces were left clean and ready for use. He even got some lime scale off one of the sinks that wasn't replaced so it looked beautiful again with the new faucet!

Rob and his colleague did an amazing job. Very prompt and courteous, explaining everything. They’re even dog approved! I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again for any future service.
