Mr. Appliance delivered outstanding service from start to finish. Frank was excellent—friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to understanding the problem. He asked the right questions, quickly pinpointed the issue, and fully repaired my washing machine after multiple other service providers had tried and failed. Customer service was equally strong; they scheduled the visit promptly and had Frank out within a couple of days. The entire experience was smooth, professional, and effective. I will gladly recommend Mr. Appliance to friends, and I hope they get the chance to work with Frank as well.

Excellent response time. Kelsey, our repair man, is a true asset to the company. He is polite, knowledgeable and worked neatly, taking care not to damage the floor area. He answered all my questions. We are very happy with his service. Would highly recommend!

Although I was not home when my dishwasher was repaired, my mom reported that Sebastian and Andrew were amazingly professional and competent. They fixed my dishwasher in one visit, within a matter of a couple hours. I was so impressed that they were able to fix it so quickly, as I thought for sure it would take at least two visits to repair (and cost much more than it ended up costing!). The dishwasher works perfectly now, and I am so thankful as the convenience of using it takes one thing off my plate as a busy single mom. Thank you so much for the quick, efficient, and effective repair job!

Chris came out to diagnose and repair our oven/range on a warranty call two times. He was very pleasant, attentive and professional both days. We were very happy with the outcome. He also liked our emus 😂
