Our dryer experienced a malfunction, prompting my husband to contact Mr. Appliance. Within 24 hours, Mr. Lamont arrived to service the unit. Mr. Lamont efficiently diagnosed the issue within ten minutes of his arrival, and the repair was completed in a timely manner. I highly recommend Mr. Lamont and Mr. Appliance for their professional and prompt service.

I have used Mr. Appliance for many repairs over the 20 years we have lived here. Have always had great service and fair pricing. Until this last time. Service was still good. However, what I thought was going to be a more complicated repair due to a broken part on our fridge, ended up being a simple lightbulb change. I was told not to fix the broken part and charged $278 to change a $25 lightbulb I could have changed myself given the option. $139 was the service call fee. Which also used to be waived if work was done. I was not told how much the bulb would be prior to it being replaced nor was anything broken out on the invoice. When I spoke to Ed, the owner, about my concerns, he blamed higher costs and hourly wage increases, still would not tell me how much the bulb was and offered a 10 percent refund which I never received. Customers beware.

As repeat customers, we called Mr. Appliance for a washing machine repair without hesitation. The response and scheduling was very professional and efficient. We were pleased that Hyon was again the Technician assigned as he had been to our house for another repair several years prior. Hyon is very thorough and clearly knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issue and arranged for the repair to be completed once the necessary parts were available. Hyon returned several days later and completed the repair. Additionally, Hyon is extremely personable, explains the issue in detail, and is an excellent representative of Mr. Appliance. We will definitely call on Mr. Appliance when needed in the future and if possible, request to be put on Hyon’s schedule.

He was efficient, knowledgeable pleasant and I was Told the cost of the repair. He did not the specific part went to get it and was back on no time . The repair was done in less than 2 hours.
