Worst and pathetic service, they don't even bother to attend call. Keep deliveries in office for weeks and lie about texting and parcel send for delivery. After multiple complain they are still unbother what is the point to courier service when one have to go their office for delivery charges paid parcel. Unprofessional and non-cooperative. If google has negative star option., I would use that . Disappointing.
