My home developer-installed gas fireplace unit had the wiring all messed up and it melted. Nick did a fantastic job working around the issue of the useless physical switch by installing remote control, cleaning the unit, doing touch-up painting for some chipped spots, and carefully arranging the interior to greatly improve the flame. Very thorough and professional work. Highly-recommended!

I just got off the phone with Jamie, she helped me to set up my first appointment with you guys and I would just like to say, WOW! I am very impressed with her knowledge and professionalism! I was out of your service area (Westminster) but Jamie was able to help me out and for a little extra they will be coming out to do a much needed service on my pellet stove. Jamie was so good at her job that I am not going to waste any time calling other companies, I got scheduled right away. If the service technician is as good of an employee as Jamie is then the owner needs to teach a class on how to hire such amazing staff! The owner better hold onto Jamie, because if not, she has an offer to work for the company I work for lol! Great job Jamie! And thank you!

Just had Chris and Dom out to sweep and clean two chimneys at our house. They arrived on time and were courteous and professional throughout their visit. They explained everything thoroughly and welcomed any and all questions I had about the process. They made sure none of the dust escaped, and the area around both fireplaces is cleaner than before they arrived. Highly recommend them and appreciate the knowledge that we can continue to use our fireplaces with no worries.

Mountain Man Fireplace & Chimney misinstalled a chimney liner and electric fan on my wood burning fireplace in Denver. Instead of installing a separate conduit for the electrical wire to the fan, they ran the electrical wire right on the outside of the liner, between the brick and the steel. The electrical line then melted and the fan stopped working. When MM came to inspect the problem, they pointed to hazy explanations for why the fan wasn't working, all the while never admitting the obvious installation error. It was only once I had another company do an inspection that I understood why the fan wasn't working. Mountain Man also poorly installed two Valor gas fireplaces in my house, neither of which work very well. If you live in Denver I recommend CrownUp Pros instead.

Highly recommend! Mike and Dominik were our service guys and they were awesome. Dominik did a diagnostic and cleaned our gas fireplace that hadn't been serviced in over 10 years. He did an amazing job. I couldn't even believe how clean and beautiful it was when he was finished. Thank you, thank you. Will definitely use again!
