I brought my Lg-K92 in about two weeks ago for a diag and possible repair. They ended up replacing the power button and brought my phone back to life. Great communications throughout the entire process, with follow ups👌. Outstanding service, and quality work.

This review is in regards to my interactions with them while searching for quotes to have a phone screen repaired (Moto razr). I have not had any services provided yet just as a disclaimer, but I have had good experiences with their customer service. I put in a request on their site for an estimate and received a text very soon after which was a pleasant surprise especially on a Sunday. They were very professional and came off as knowledgeable. They provided me with multiple options and let me know the timeframes of each and what the process would be. I appreciate how knowledgeable and transparent they were regarding the product and their services. If I do end up choosing to get this screen repaired rather than just upgrading to a new one I will be reaching back out to them as they seem to be the best all around option after speaking with multiple repair businesses in the Harford Co area. I also liked that they gave an option to replace with a used part (also including the 90 day warranty) which provides a significantly cheaper alternative.

SHADY Business! Do NOT Bring Your Stuff Here! 🚫 From someone who takes great care of their phone—learn from my mistake. I got my screen repaired here, and it was perfect… for exactly three months and one week. Just seven days after the warranty expired, my phone started glitching and stopped working properly. I decided to take it to a different repair shop in Bel Air, and they told me I needed a brand-new screen again. You can either be an honest technician or a shady one—and this place clearly chose the latter. If I had gone back for another repair, it would have cost almost the same as a brand-new phone, especially after already paying $350 for the first “repair.” I ended up buying a new phone instead. I had actually been warned that this was a shady place, but I gave them a chance because of their lower prices. I should have listened. After re-reading their reviews more carefully, I found multiple similar complaints from other customers. 💬 Take your repairs elsewhere—don’t end up scammed like I did.

I rated 5 stars because they were quick fixing my IPad screen. I was able to communicate through text and still get my job done. They always kept me in the loop and was upfront about the cost and the procedures. I will 100 percent use them in the future. If you have any devices that need to be fixed definitely reach out to them. It's about 2 weeks since I had my tablet screen fixed and you can't even tell. There was multiple cracks and hair line damage to it.

I have a Dell Inspiron 15 laptop that would not turn-on yesterday morning. I went to Best Buy where they told me the motherboard was dead, and needed replacement. Today at 1:00 p.m. I took it to Mobile Masters where they suggested a diagnostic check and they would call me with any repairs/suggestions, within 2 - 4 days. At 4:30 p.m., I received the following text from them: "Awesome news, your device was successfully repaired and ready for pickup!" I went to the store and they demonstrated it was working (much better than before). The charge was miniscule compared to purchasing a new laptop and all that entails... Had never been here before, but now highly recommend them for the professionalism and work!
