Pros: looks good very nice crew and even came back when I hasn't completing satisfied and fixed some spots they are very good at customer service and take your reviews very seriously and are willing to fix with extreme professionalism. I highly recommend them. They are pleasure to do business with .Cons they were not able to put a sealant on as our deck had previous paint on it and there product could not be guaranteed to adhere unless we sandblasted first but assured us that we could put an epoxy over it

Everyone I met was super polite and professional! Ronnie, Ben, Jacob, and Jaden did an amazing job sealing under my house. It looks better than I thought it would and they did more than I thought to make sure it was completely sealed! Definitely recommend this company and crew! Cant leave out Caleb, he's the guy that came out for the original inspection and made the recommendations. Thanks guys! Job well done!

Never dealt with a more professional organization. From sales, there ladies on the phone, installation and follow up, everything was great. Very responsive, on time, and professional. Josh was very knowledgeable about the process and Noah and his crew were quick on the installation. Started a week earlier than scheduled and finished in half the predicted time. I know my Crawlspace is well protected it has given me a piece of mind that I won’t have any problems in the future.

From the initial inspection meeting with Andrew Gallagher, to the completion of the job within a few weeks of initial consult, our experience was very positive. Andrew provided a thorough assessment of our crawl space and addressed the concerns that our modular home was not leveled to the degree it should have been when set up. His recommendations of what needed to be done were on target and the options provided to address the concerns were reasonable. We always felt the goal of Midsouth was to fix our problem areas in a manner to ensure the quality and stability of our 2 year old home can be maintained for years to come; therefore, we never felt that their goal was only to make a monetary profit. The job was completed in a timely manner and the work crew, under direction of foreman Kyle Hood, was the best we could have hoped for. They worked very hard for many hours each day and not only placed piers exactly as needed to level the house, but also encapsulated the crawl space. The job was completed in only 4 days! They cleaned up each day before leaving and Kyle was always willing to update us on the status and answer questions or address any concerns we had. I would highly recommend this business!
