We reached out to Miami Valley Home Services with a unique project. We have an attached sunroom on our second story that we were looking to have the flooring replaced in, due to water damage soaking into the heavily aged carpet. Roberto and his crew examined the area and gave us full transparency on cost with their estimate. Even when surprises arose during the project when the state of the subfloor was revealed to be damaged due to water/age, the team was able to clearly and concisely inform us of the solution and all additional costs for materials and labor. Communication was great, they were timely, and always considerate. They even found an exterior issue on the sunroom and were able to fix it in stride which we appreciated. Overall, they did great work and we are very happy with the results.
