Brought a GPS to look at for connectivity, over 10 days to even diagnose, then left voicemail do not repair, tired of waiting, conveniently they called me later that day with a possibility of what it might be and charged me a diagnose fee. I feel they did a dirty move. Tread carefully.
They show their hours online but when you go to the place they are closed, and half the time when u call no one answer or if they do they are rude. I have been waiting to get my phone fixed for over a month now and i still haven’t gotten in cause everytime i call and they say they will be there and they aren’t. I’m very disappointed in the neillsvilles location.
My son broke the hdmi port on his x box and luckily there was this amazing service right in neillsville to fix it! With the cost of these machines I was not happy it was broke but luckily there was David at marshfield technologies to save the day! Thank you so much and it only took 2 days. Very satisfied
Great job on fixing my phone I am glad I could save all my photos I had years of my kids photos on there that I'm glad to get back thanks again guys!
Same owner as Marshfield. 1 star isn't even deserved. Dropped a laptop off in February charged $250 and in SIX months all they did was install windows. Went to pick it up from Marshfield and they couldn't give us all the pieces because they were in Neillsville. Worst customer service ever
