Incredible service! I can’t believe it. My daughter was playing with my bright red powder blush one day - she dropped it and it crushed all over my carpet. I tried every product on the red stain, it would NOT budge one bit, so I decided to call a professional. I called Courtney and Zach over at Maintenance Plus, as they were highly recommended by my colleagues. They came right over when their schedule allowed (the next day they fit our home in). Totally stunned - I walked into my house after Zach cleaned my carpet, and I could not believe it. The red powder seemed to completely vanish from the carpet fibers - I couldn’t even tell where the powder had stained. I was SO happy! Most of all because I currently rent my condo, and I was mortified when the stain occurred. Maintenance Plus is the only company I will contact for my carpet cleaning and stain removal! I’ll rant and rave this company all day long. They have cleaned up multiple spills and stains my child (and I) have created in our rental property, making the move out process stress-free for us!

The did the stairways at the hotel I work at. When I tell you not only can you see the difference but you can smell the difference as well. Superb job. Extra Points The uniform swipes from their brush, makes my OCD heart so happy

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Five stars for Maintenance Plus! We had a small amount of water in our basement this week, and they came within 12 hours to clean up our carpets. They were kind, quick and efficient. Their prices are super fair, and were much more competitive than the competition.
