Instead of fighting the crowds at the Summit, I gave Mac-O-Rama a try. Cal greeted me with her welcoming smile and a sincere desire to help me. She saved me time, money and from the aggravation usually expected when dealing with the ill trained staff at the Apple Store. I am now Mac-O-Rama raving fan and will be a loyal customer. Oh... one more thing. A young man came out from the repair shop to help me with a adapter and made it a point NOT to sell my more features than were needed. Excellent!

I was referred to Mac-O Rama by the Apple Store and Best Buy. The customer service was great. Everyone was nice and professional. They are honest and knowledgeable about Apple products. My 2012 MacBook basically died on me via the power chord. I purchased a new chord from the Apple Store but the power light fails to come on. I took the computer to Mac-O-Rama they ran diagnostics testing, gave me my options and it was recommended that I get a new computer which I will. The pricing was very fair.
