Purchased 18 units of Avaya IP phones with this seller through eBay, before placing order I had several communication with them to make sure those are brand new , they confirmed it's brand new , I have received all units in a customised packing, all are with scratches, colour faded and all units has unable to configure as the admin default password is changed and factory reset option is disabled by previous user , it's just restart when put the default password simply can say it's a garbage, since I am outside USA i don't have options to return, (return shipping will cost $650), I have discussed with them and shared photos and videos, but they not provided any resolution, Simply cheating people

I came here awhile back with my laptop. The gentleman, knew what was wrong and fixed it while I waited, no more than 10 min. He said I can't charge you for something that was such an easy fix. I was beyond grateful. BUT, just today I took an elderly, memory impaired lady to pick her computer up. We were there before it opened and when the man unlocked the door, he abruptly turned away. I thought that odd, because usually people greet you and say good morning. No biggie, but a little strange. He asked her what she wanted and she wanted to know if her computer was ready to be picked up. He said, "did you get a call?" She said no, she wasn't sure. He asked her name and went to check on it. He loudly, and in a mean tone, told her "it hasn't been touched because you haven't paid for it. Are you paying for the work to be done or taking it back?" She started to explain she wanted it looked at and he said, again, "you need to pay the money!" You either pay or take it and go somewhere else". I was flabbergasted. He proceeded to tell her he's a volunteer and doesn't need to take her being rude to him. (She wasn't at all!) She told him in a nice low keyed voice that he was getting worked up and he was the one being rude. He told her to GET OUT OF MY STORE! She said she has a hard time with memory and he cut her off and said, "I don't want to hear your problems or story of your life. NOW GET OUT. I went to interject as it was clearly getting out of hand and before I got a word out he told me to get out. Both of you leave this store! Then he threatened to call the police. We left but I really wanted him to call the police. Problem was, I was working. I drive a bus for a assisted living facility (she's one of the residents) and didn't have time for filling reports and such. The man's name is LARRY. If anyone knows who to contact to report him, please let me know. This man obviously has mental problems and shouldn't be working with the public. Talking about COMPUTER CORP on hwy 50 Carson City NV.

Dropped off my PC on a Saturday afternoon, Diagnosed the problem within 1 business day, fixed it, cleaned it and returned it back to me in 2 for a super reasonable price.

My mother has been working with these guys for years for the business she runs. When my personal computer's hard drive failed I took it to them because I like to play older games that are not compatible with the newer version of windows and they were able to replace my hard drive and install my older version of windows so I can enjoy my games. The cost was super reasonable since I am unable to afford a newer computer. I will always take my computer to them. Thank you guys for all of your help.
