Long's Air Conditioning And Heating

We've been dealing with Long's for over 25 years. They've serviced rentals and our home. We purchased furnaces, hot water heaters, & A/C. In Feb. 2026, our 20 yr old furnace stopped working. They replaced both heat & A/C in one day & left everything nice & clean. We'll keep on using them.

We recently had Long’s replace our Water Heater. The technicians removed our old water heater and handled the installation of the new one professionally and for a good price.

Have always used Long’s Heating and Air for my residential climate control needs. Their employees are always great and very helpful. Never had a complaint..only compliments. Brian came to the house today for a Heating System Check. He was very informative and did a great job.

We had a technician come out to repair our furnace because we had no heat or hot water. The furnace which also controls our hot water does not work when it is windy outside. Longs recommended this furnace and installed it after Superstorm Sandy. It recently needed a repair for a different problem which we had no problem paying for but this time the technician wanted to change the intake and exhaust plumbing and didn’t know if that would correct the problem. We said no because we felt that if they installed it correctly it should not stop working because it is windy outside. He left with no repair being done. They had the audacity of charging us $145 for coming out. Totally disgusted with them.
