Lawrence Septic & Sewer Service

Sadly I am disappointed with Lawrence. My dad was a long time customer. Now we needed a title 5, and they said they do it. A week later they are now too busy to do it. NO call in a week and I had to call back. Poor customer service. My Dad would be so disappointed.

Jeff was very professional and knowledgeable. He showed up on time. The service was quick, and the price was fair. I would highly recommend them.

I called to have my septic pumped and proceeded to provide my information. The nice lady told me that they had pumped my septic in February and I explained to her I was worried we would have issues and be stuck in the winter getting it pumped. She assured me that with only two people in the house, combined with the size of the tank that there is no way it would fill up that quickly. She said that she wouldn't feel right taking money from us because it wouldn't be right/necessary at this time. This is a VERY good septic company. They are honest and that alone is enough of a reason for everyone to use them. A+++ Lawrence Septic!

Very helpful and quick! When I originally called it was winter time and they asked if I had any issues and when I mentioned it was just for maintenance they recommend I wait until spring to avoid the winter fee. I appreciate that kindness and honesty. You don’t see many businesses nowadays that help you out like that. Used them for my title 5 and now for my first maintenance and will definitely be using them in the future.
