Greg Bush provides service to us through LawnStarter and has always been consistent and professional. He also communicates very effectively. We greatly appreciate the work he has provided to us over the last few years.

I started using Lawnstarter for my small condo building yard because the price was low. And you get what you pay for. In the last 6 months of regular mowing, I’ve had over 10 different pros assigned to me. This is because pretty much none of them actually did the job well (very uneven mowing, no edging, etc) and when I put that in the app, I get a new pro. Invariably, they no-show on a scheduled day or keep rescheduling so my biweekly mow gets drawn out to just once a month and I end up getting assigned yet another pro. When I tried to talk to lawnstarter they just connect me with some AI bot and then ask me for good reviews. I would not use Lawnstarter again.

Willie was very hardworking , professional, polite and completed the job I asked him to do, i was very pleased with him.
