Lawrence was our technician. He was kind, and he listened to and answered our questions. My wife and I are older, so he was sweet and very understanding of the situation. We will definitely be using Lavender again.

Jason did a thorough job and apologized for the possible miscommunication after I submitted annual payment and requested service appointment. I was pleased to learn that due to that my annual inspection service fee for 2027 would be waived. Thanks for the kind consideration.

I had a problem I was totally unaware of and Ron came in, identified the problem and advised me how to get it fixed. I did exactly what he suggested and he came and did it quickly and didn’t leave a mess and cleaned up nicely. Lots of holes to drill but patched nicely and not noticeable at all.
