L&M functions as a reliable auto repair shop and stands by their warranties seamlessly. I recently faced a problem with the heater motor in my ram 1500. To my pleasant surprise, L&M had replaced it before and it was still within the warranty period. It was L&M who pointed this out and guaranteed that there would be no cost due to their warranty guidelines. It is praiseworthy that L&M not only respected the warranty but also made me aware of their policy, avoiding any extra charges for the customer.

L&M has been a great go to for all vehicle repairs, upkeep and general maintenance. Their staff answers the phone in short order, works with you on your specific situation and timeline. If you're looking for a repair/maintenance shop that doesn't have a drop of oil on the floor-not for you; but if you're someone that knows what mechanics do, and appreciate straight forward feedback on the state of your vehicle and realistic outlines/timelines of what it is going to take to get it to the ideal point you've outlined-(AC is important....or not)- they listen, communicate and make it happen. They respect/support Military-(ask about the discount)- and are close to the airport-( for any number of conveniences). It's my AK go to for the vehicle that lives there! After 3 other tries years ago, they're my go to. Only wish I'd found them sooner!!

The lady Christine at the Front Desk was Very Rude to me. It was my first time and I was disappointed at how i was talked to by her. I will not go there again.

Highly recommend. Great work, very Courteous and professional staff. They did a huge amount of work on a Ford Expedition and gave her new life. Absolutely pleased and thankful. This is one place where you’ll feel settled and secure with any issues on a vehicle. Thank you all very much!
