Project Manager Diego and his crew from Klaus Larsen Roofing did an amazing job today replacing my roof. Arrived before 8 and done by 5. If it weren't for the beautiful new shingles, you wouldn't know they were even here. First thing before demo they protected and covered all landscaping and property, leaving no damage at the end of the day. Great experience with thorough inspection from initial sales rep visit from Ryan that included clear drone pics of damaged areas on roof and was the only company out of 4 quotes that looked in attic spotting a pair of venting issues that were corrected today during install. It likely will not be the cheapest quote you will get but I'd highly recommend this company and staff; great experience from start to finish.

Diego and his 12-person crew from Klaus Larsen Roofing did an outstanding job replacing our roof today. They arrived at 7 AM sharp and finished by 5 PM, leaving our yard spotless and our landscaping fully protected. From Kyle’s thorough initial inspection and estimate to Diego’s team completing the job - including two skylight installations - the process was seamless. Diego and his team even took special care to preserve our 115-year-old original wood gutters which we plan to restore now that the roof is finished. I just got my house roof replaced by KlausLarsen. The whole experience was great. It started by sale agent Kyle with full description of options and benefits. The finance options and application was quick. I got estimate from few roofing companies, and their price was lowest. The project engineer Diego Fernandez was great, he was onsite all the time making sure everything is done properly and was constantly communicating about important matters like scheduling, describing the process or anything else that needed my attention, he also answered all my questions and concerns. His crew did a great job as well. They also took care of all details and made sure nothing around the house is damaged or no debris scattered around the yard. They even fix one problem that was there before. When they left, they cleaned up everywhere and put back everything that had been dispositioned or moved in its place. So far I am very satisfied with the final outcome. Thank you for your great job!

James the Sales Person met me at the Apt house on time, had every sample on his truck, explained everything, very trustworthy, we parted ways no high pressure sales, went home checked all their reviews and already had another quote from a local contractor, they beat the other price by thousands of dollars, called James drove to my personal residents gave them a down payment, than scheduled the work, when the week came for them to show up Anthony the Construction Manager called to keep me abreast of the work, he took aerial photos of the progression of the work with a drone, the work took 2 days and it was a big job, they had to replace over 20 pieces of plywood, All in all it was a very smooth Roof Repair, with a 50 year guarantee. PS I tried uploading pictures kept getting an error from Google

We set up a consultation w/ Sales Representative, Patrick Gelderman, who thoroughly went over the whole process of the Roof Replacement: including Price, how long it would take, the best supplies on the market, how it would be installed, how I wouldn’t need to be bothered as they would bring their own Porto potty, dumpster a few days prior to load the debris, the house would be covered w/ tarps as to protect the foundation, aluminum siding, and they would remove and put the gutters back, even sealed up an existing skylight window, and a flashing to the chimney and the valleys the prior Roofer never did, and clean up everything and pick up all nails w/ a magnetic block and roller. Sure enough the 11 man and women crew showed up on time at 7 am w/Diego Fernandez, the Project Manager, did the best work I have ever seen, with people stopping by to take pictures, and cleaned up and finished at exactly 7 p.m. , which was 12 hours as promised. Great and reasonable price and Accredited by the BBB. The fact that my roof will be guaranteed for 50 years. My husband, family and I are very satisfied with Klaus Roofing Sysem.
