Once they saw the blockage, they used a high-pressure jet to clean the pipes thoroughly. Afterward, they ran the camera through the pipes again to make sure everything was clear. They did a great job cleaning up after themselves, and both plumbers were very friendly and respectful of our home. The service was excellent and the price was fair. We highly recommend this plumbing company and would definitely call them again for any future plumbing needs, though hopefully we won't need to!
