Had an excellent experience at KIA Royal City. My Honda City needed tuning, the staff was very professional. They offered complimentary full car wash. Cardamom tea was also offered as refreshment. 10/10 for them. Will visit again for sure

Our experience with KIA Bahawalpur has been nothing short of exceptional. Our car had a dent and some minor scratches, so we initially visited Toyota Bahawalpur and Honda, where we usually go for services. Both places quoted us a repair cost of ……….. Rs. However, we decided to stop by the KIA showroom, and to our surprise, their team was remarkably professional, helpful, and attentive. The manager, Mr. Adnan Javed, is highly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything in detail. He gave us a quote of ……… Rs, which left us genuinely shocked at the significant difference in price. The body shop supervisor, Mr. Kashif, along with other team members whose names I unfortunately cannot recall, were equally professional and courteous. The repairs were completed flawlessly within two days, and the car looked as good as new. What truly stood out was their commitment to customer service. They not only value their customers but demonstrate professionalism and honesty at every step. The stark contrast between the treatment we received at KIA and our past experiences with Honda, Toyota, and Changan is clear. Those places tend to overcharge and exploit their customers, whereas KIA has earned our trust by delivering both quality and integrity. The showroom itself is a cut above the rest, with excellent infrastructure and a welcoming waiting area designed for families. They even offered refreshments while we waited. To top it off, a member of their team kindly dropped my son and me back to our home in Punjab Housing after we left the car for repair, which was a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture. I would rate their service and products 10/10 without hesitation. In fact, I’ve decided to purchase a new KIA car for my daughter from this very showroom. Special thanks to Mr. Adnan Javed and his team for going above and beyond, especially the moment Mr. Javed interrupted his tea break to ensure our car was attended to first. That level of service is rare and remarkable. I wholeheartedly recommend KIA Bahawalpur to anyone seeking quality, transparency, and a truly customer-centred experience. They have maintained international standards that set them far ahead of their competitors.

I recently visited this service center to diagnose an issue with my car. They spent about five to ten minutes looking at it and then told me they couldn’t figure out the issue. Despite that, they still charged me for the service. I’ve had much better experiences with independent electricians who actually take the time to find and fix the problem before charging. I hope the company can improve their service in the future. Edit: After confirmation from the head office, it is clear that charges are not applicable if the issue remains unresolved. There should be no labor cost for unsuccessful repair attempts. P.S. Mr. Asif charged me in cash without issuing a receipt. When I requested a gate pass, he did not prepare one formally and instead verbally instructed the gatekeeper to let me exit—an extremely unprofessional and disappointing experience. This reflects poorly on customer service and raises serious concerns about accountability. I strongly recommend visiting a service center in Multan or a nearby city for any future maintenance needs. If there are any doubts, the matter can be verified through CCTV footage or by directly contacting me for details.
