Extrememly disappointed with the service I have received from Khurram glass. I recently ordered a mirror from khuram glass. Upon receiving the mirror, I found out that it was damaged. The damaged part of mirror was hidden by the covering which seemed to be done deliberately. I had to personally visit the company after receiving a very disappointing response.Their manager EHTISHAM was extremely rude and arrogant. With his self assumed mindset, he was adamant of admitting the reality that the mistake was made from their side. Moreover, he was completely unprofessional and had no etiquettes of dealing with a client. Therefore, I had to come back with the damaged mirror. The purpose of this feedback is not any personal discontent but the reality which I believe to share as my social responsibilty. I hope that no other client would face the frustration which we had to as this was our first and last experience with this company.

Absolutely clueless company and very unprofessional Especially if you get a sales rep called Aiysha.. ask for someone else who knows what they're doing. Otherwise you will waste days of time and money.

Extremely dissatisfied with the service i received from Khurram Glass. I purchased a Smart Privacy PDLC film from them, and during installation, their unprofessional team completely broken my brand-new, high-value tempered glass door, which I had purchased separately at my own expense. Their approach appeared focused primarily on securing 100% advance payment for the smart privacy film (134,400/-), rather than ensuring proper execution, quality control, or accountability. I had already paid 90% in advance, yet their sales representative continued to pressure me for the remaining 10% even before the installation work commenced. This incident has caused me undue financial loss, stress, and a significant waste of time. Such negligence and lack of professionalism are unacceptable. And I sincerely hope no other customer has to face the same level of carelessness and unprofessional conduct. I expect Khurram Glass to take full responsibility and compensate for the damage caused. Should they resolve this matter by covering my loss, I will update this feedback accordingly. However, in the absence of a satisfactory resolution, I will be compelled to pursue further formal action via appropriate legal and consumer protection channels.
