I had a C-section on 22nd April and it was a nightmare. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional, showing zero empathy when I needed it the most. The hospital was dirty and unhygienic—completely unacceptable for a maternity ward. To make things worse, I was charged 2.55 lac for this awful experience. For that amount, I expected proper care and cleanliness, but got the opposite. I do not recommend this place to anyone. They showed no mercy, and neither does this review. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DONT GO THERE.

I have visited this hospital for 3-4 times. I’m very disappointed by staff behaviour, they are always rude and disrespectful. Shame on doctors who don’t even show up on time. Time is very important factor for every single person. On every visit I have to wait long hours to see the doctor. #shame on Doctors. #Be responsible. #Be on time. #Time is important.

We spent almost 6 days before delivery and 3 days after at Khalida Memorial Hospital, and overall our experience was excellent. Dr. Major Shabana handled the delivery with utmost professionalism and care, while Dr. Imran (Child Specialist) looked after our newborn with dedication and constant monitoring, which gave us great confidence as parents. The nursery/incubator staff and nurses were very attentive and caring, always available when needed, and treated our baby with patience and love. Their support made a difficult time much easier for us. Although the hospital is a bit expensive, the level of care, facilities, and attention provided to both mother and baby make it worthwhile. We are thankful for the treatment and comfort we received and would highly recommend Khalida Memorial Hospital for maternity and childcare.

Very bad experience ever i am an overseas pakistani feel very bad to tell that: 1) Very very imature staff they dont know how to treat patient, they never even check the temprature & blood pressure which is first piriority , They ask irrelevant things which are not relevant to medical field who the hell are they to ask why you came to your mother house, They stare the Gold 🙄 Patient feel very uncomfortable with staff, even maids are doing the job of nurse wow they are big scammers in Sialkot. 2) Staff of Khalida Memorial Hospital demands money . 3) Reception is just for collection of money not to facilitate the visitors & patients. I asked receptionist for what you are charging lot he replied you can ask staff go to 1st floor its not my responsibility, I ask what are you doing here he ssimply said its not my duty. 4) Impolite behaviour of every person who is servant of Khalida Memorial. 5) Dr Tehreem Khizar Malik (Gynecologist) is very good Consultant & i complained her but last night i face same thing which i face before complain. 6) Fully Unhygenic hospital except the room of Dr's. 7) Strongly condemned never go Khalida Memorial Hospital Sialkot.
