The hype is real...! They have the best burgers 🍔 in Gujranwala. We came all the way from Lahore just to try their burgers. The taste is so good and full of tasty sauces. We tried their fillet burger and zinger. The fillet burger taste was outclassed. The zinger taste was just good. They also have the wraps and loaded fries 🍟. It's highly recommended. I hope they will open their franchise also in Lahore.

The worst experience at Dr. Saucy Mumtaz market branch Gujranwala first of all I want to make payment by debit card but they refused, n make excuses like the issue with machine and we have sent machine to the bank there are errors when I forced that i will pay by card and I asked him bring your manager to speak then a lady came n said that she is manager there but when I ask her to bring the machine for payment on the card she says same things then i forced her, Like I will speak to your manager and I will make a video and I will share on social media pages Then she took out swap machine n took Payment,then other bad thing when I received my order the burgers are very cold chicken also cold and the buns also cold and I called their manager again and told her the story and she said sir we are very sorry she take more 10 minutes to make another burgers but they just do it Microwace oven to heat n brought back in new Packing.. Hahahhaha So I told the customer don't waste your money and time to go to Dr. Saucy they have very bad customer care.

Great Taste But It's Only Take Out

**No Seating Alert!** If you’re planning to sit and enjoy your meal, **avoid Doctor Saucy**. There’s **absolutely no seating** – I had to balance my food on the car boot, which ruined the whole experience. The food was equally disappointing: - **“Massy Burger”**: More like a disaster! The burger fell apart instantly, dripping with grease and toppings. It was impossible to eat without making a mess. - **Fizzy Drink Surprise**: Ordered a cola, but got a weird **rose-flavored fizzy drink** instead. No warning on the menu – tasted like perfume! - **Rude Response**: When I politely told a staff member (a girl at the counter) that the burger was too messy to handle, she **snapped angrily** instead of apologizing or offering a solution. The lack of basic amenities (not even a bench!) and unprofessional service overshadowed any decent flavor in the burger. **Pro tip:** Only go here if you’re okay with eating in your car or dealing with defensive staff. **Not worth the trouble!**

This was our third visit to Dr. Saucy, and it continues to be a solid spot for our group of 5, even traveling all the way from Lahore! ​We had a massive order this time: three Chicken Grilled Wraps, two "The Saucy Pine" burgers, one order of Loaded Fries, and five Mexican Limes. ​The Mexican Limes were fantastic, as always—they are consistently a highlight of our visit and a must-try. The Chicken Grilled Wraps were also excellent and satisfied everyone at the table. The Loaded Fries were a perfect, indulgent side. ​The main point of discussion was "The Saucy L Pine" burger. I personally wasn't a fan of the pineapple inclusion in the burger and would likely order a different option next time. However, my friend who also ordered it absolutely loved the sweet and savory combination! So, I guess it comes down to personal taste—if you love pineapple on your savory food, go for it! ​Overall, despite my personal dislike for the pineapple, the experience was great, the staff was friendly, and the food quality (especially the wraps and drinks) makes it well worth the trip. We'll definitely be back for a fourth round!
