KFC - Okara Bypass

There was some uncooked matter in the food like maida (Pics attached). Service is something that they didn't clear the table and i ate my meal there with the remaining of the last persons. Tea ☕ machine was also not working.

During my travels, KFC has always been my preferred choice due to its consistent quality and hygiene standards. However, my recent visit to the KFC Okara branch was deeply disappointing. The hygiene conditions, particularly in the washrooms, were extremely poor and far below the standards expected of an international food chain. It is disheartening to see such negligence in maintaining cleanliness and overall hygiene. I sincerely hope that the management takes immediate action to address these issues and restore the quality and reputation that KFC is known for.

Best thing in Okara so far. Always fresh and juicy. We dine in after every 3 4 days and are never disappointed. It's one of the finest branches of KFC. A must have if you're in the city or passing by.

I didn't click photos just becoz i was so disappointed that couldn't push myself to click. Unprofessional and careless service by staff, especially female employees, serving tables. They were quite non-serious and unprofessional, ignoring customer's requests. I don't know wot was on their minds? We had to wait for abt an hour, also unattended! No apologies, just ignorance! Although, KFC is a NAME, but this time it's total disappointment and dissatisfaction. They were unable to deal customers on tym. Hope, management would consider to train their staff as "it's not the food, but the excellent service, a positive atmosphere which brings in and retain customers" Food is not an issue, it's good. I've always loved KFC. Quite a noisy place, as well.

I recently visited KFC Okara and honestly, my experience was average overall. The service was just okay — staff were polite but not very attentive or energetic. It felt like they were just going through the motions rather than genuinely trying to make the customer’s visit enjoyable. As for the food, I was a bit disappointed. The taste and freshness didn’t meet KFC’s usual standard. The chicken wasn’t as crispy or flavorful as expected, and the fries felt a little soggy. The overall presentation also lacked the appeal that usually makes KFC meals more enjoyable. The dining area was clean enough but didn’t have much of a welcoming vibe. It’s a decent place if you’re in a hurry and just want to grab a quick bite, but not something I’d recommend for a satisfying meal.
