Ryan installed my new Amana heat pump and did a great job. His pricing was very competitive as I had 3 of the other " big " guys quote and he was clearly the lowest price. Very responsive, knowledgeable, and professional. Install was cleanly done with no issues. Even went above and beyond helping me resolve a problem I had while programming the thermostat after hours. Would use again.

I was having some problems with an oil furnace heating system and another problem with excessive heat on the second floor during the summer. Ryan did a thorough analysis of the heating and cooling needs of my home, and noted the challenges of getting good coverage with the way my home is laid out. Ryan recommended a heat pump, a zoning system, some vent modifications, and a separate mini split system for the home office addition. The project was a ton of work, and Ryan did a great job with the install of the high efficiency main house heat pump a honeywell floor zoning system, a whole house air purifier, and a mini-split heat pump system for the home addition. He also removed the old oil tank and AC unit, patched any access spots, and cleaned up the area. The new system is much more comfortable and way more efficient than the oil furnace and AC unit that we used to have. It has definitely saved us a LOT of money, especially with oil and energy prices right now. Ryan was extremely responsive via email and phone, was always super professional and kind, and I truly believe he wants to do what's best for the customer. 100% would recommend Ryan to anyone needing HVAC work done.

Ryan is my go-to guy for not only HVAC projects, but also everything else related to home improvement and repair. Ryan has done multiple installs and repairs for me, and many times, when it was very inconvenient for him. If you’re looking to have a brand new HVAC put in, you cannot go wrong with Ryan. Whatever he recommends, do it. It’ll be spot-on. Whatever day/time he says he’ll show up, he’s there. Whatever timeline he lays out for your project, his ability to stay on point with it is uncanny. Our Daikin split system was installed in October. We just went through a cold snap in December (as in wind chills of -30). Could’ve relied on radiator heat to supplement. Didn’t have to even though he said back in the fall that we might need to in such cases. This system rocks. Extremely pleased with everything overall would be an understatement.
