When I called Whirlpool to explain the problem with my washer K&D called me within minutes to set everything up. As soon as the part was received they set up an appointment with me and arrived within 15 minutes of the first hour that was given. Very impressed! Brent was very friendly and took care of the washer issue in minutes. Very professional. Great service! I would be very comfortable using their services again, if needed. Mine was covered under a warranty, so no idea about prices.

The Service was great, and I especially appreciate the professionalism and courtesy of my technician Brent. He did a wonderful job explaining the issue and the problems. Brent was quick to respond to the service call and also worked with my schedule to make the process much easier.
