Brian was good to work with in purchasing our refrigerator and kitchen stove. The two young men who delivered our appliances were very cordial and careful during installation. Appreciated the manner in which they handled our appliances. They were very polite and considerate. My wife appreciated the insight given regarding the use of both, especially the water and ice dispensers. Very much pleased with the purchase to completion of delivery. Brian Eckart was very professional and very quick to help us find the stove we wanted, unfortunately it was not available for immediate delivery, but it was no problem at all because it arrived within the expected time. The delivery was punctual at the scheduled time, Tyler and Michael were excellent, efficient and very attentive! Thank you Karl’s team!
