I called a couple of places before giving this business a call. They were able to see me same day, and Roberto B., the specialist who came over, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He spent a lot of time both with our system and explaining everything to me in detail. He even drew me a diagram! I appreciated that. It was a complex situation and he was very patient with all my questions. Down the road, we will most likely need more work on our system, and I will definitely be calling Roberto back.

Alex Griego was very informative and provided excellent service. He clearly explained to me the problem with my condenser fan affecting my AC unit. When I gave him my OK, he quickly and expertly began fixing the problem. His clothing was spotless and wore shoe covers when he entered my home. He left the area free of debris. Alex took photos of my equipment and emailed them to me to document the issues. He ordered the required parts and explained the parts should come into to company in 2-3 days and he would call to schedule a return visit for the installation.
