What kind of pretty late for me to be reviewing however I got service from this guy back in November and can't say I'm not satisfied they did a killer job now they could have communicated with me probably a little better and by that I mean the crew that did the work they probably should have kept in contact with me a little better. The owner definitely made up for it, and other than that little hiccup of communication issue I'm pleased with the way my floors turned out.

I heard about Jordan's Flooring from my neighbor. I love her floors. We both had the cheap contractor carpet that came with our houses. Jordans flooring replaced all old floors and carpet. The crews are timely and respectful. They clean up afterwards and put everything back. I am thrilled with how everything turned out. I would absolutely recommend Jordan's Flooring 10 times over to anyone looking to do anything to their floors! They are amazing!!

We recently had carpet installed by Jordan's, and the entire experience was exceptional from beginning to end. Jamie, the owner, runs an absolutely top-notch operation. Both he and Brian were professional, honest, and incredibly helpful in guiding us through the selection process. You can tell they truly care about customers and stand behind their work. This is a first rate operation and can certainly meet all of your flooring needs at extremely competitive prices. Sierra handled the installation, and she was on point. The install crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and were respectful of the home throughout the entire project. Their workmanship is outstanding — the seams are clean, the carpet is perfectly stretched, and every detail was handled with precision. They even cleaned up as they worked throughout the house. They clearly take pride in what they do, and it shows in the final result. The house looks amazing, and we could not be happier with the quality of the carpet and the level of service we received. We highly recommend Jordan's Flooring to anyone looking for flooring. This is exactly the kind of customer service every company should strive for and I'll continue to spend my hard earned dollars at Jordan's when I have a flooring project. Thank you Jordan's!

We had Jordan’s Flooring install wood floor in our house on all three floors. They removed the carpet and installed the wood floors in 3.5 days. The quality is amazing. So amazing, we used them again on our long term rental that needed new floors. Their communication is top notch as well as their product. Highly recommend.

I wish I could give 10 stars. Or even 100 stars. They deserve it. I needed an entire single wide trailer floors to be redone in 4 days. Very unrealistic because most flooring companies I called (even guys who worked under the table) were booked for weeks. Jordans was my last hope. Not only did they give a free estimate in less than 24 hours, they got the ENTIRE job DONE the following day. I can’t express my gratitude & rave enough about their fantastic communication, kindness & informative staff. Oh, and the price? I was floored at the affordability especially for such a rush job! (Pun intended)
