Wco staff are very friendly, knowledgeable people. They sell everything from vinyl flooring. Carpeting and wood flooring. Many colors and styles. The staff know the products they are selling and work to get you what you want and at a price you can afford. My product was installed within 3 weeks.

Charged for an entire extra large room of carpet because they didn’t measure right even tho they used the laser measure. Sharp tacks to step on sticking up out of carpet. Not trying to be mean but poorly done I would use someone next time. Keeps calling I don’t want to resolve anything just share my experience, also they gave me the wrong padding and it was more expensive instead of the mid grade I asked for.

Would NOT recommend WCO Flooring. We bought the sheet vinyl flooring and paid for installation for a small kitchen. A job that we were told would take HALF a day, took 3 FULL DAYS and it would have taken A LOT longer but we kept calling and calling to get them to finish the job. ALSO, they installed the WRONG COLOR cove moulding. Sales woman said would give us a credit for that, but she never did.
