I'm glad I called John C. Flood for a new water heater installation; Jacob was able to come out the next morning to assess and work up an estimate for me with five options, which I appreciated since my previous estimates weren't that detailed. Jacob was super professional and friendly, explaining everything and answering questions. He was also able to match the price of the previous estimates, so I decided to go ahead and he got to work in true master plumber style, finishing the whole job in a few hours. Everything looks great and now I don't have to worry about a 15+-year-old heater going out at the worst time. And yes, my anodes were way overdue for replacing as Jacob happily pointed out! I called John C. Flood to help me to resolve a persistent sewer gas smell that was coming from the toilet in the basement of my house. The tech (John S.) who came out to my home was very knowledgeable and professional. He was able to diagnose the problem and explain the what was causing the odor issue.
