Jiffy Lube Oil Change

I’ve had my oil changed here many times and never had a problem. I went today for an oil change and was there for nearly two hours. The staff was very nice and explained that they were short staffed. I get that things happen, but it would be very helpful if they gave that information in advance so customers can make an informed decision about whether or not they want to wait. I had another appointment that I ended up missing because they took so long.

Save your time, go to the jiffy lube Ashville Ave. Came by asking if they could do an inspection. Oddly walked me out to the car to look then proceeded to say no because their computer system was down? Then when I asked when it might be back up, was disregarded. When I asked where the next jiffy lube or next nearest inspection place was I was told they didn’t know. All the gentlemen there were just standing on their phone. Another car pulled up just to leave too. Seems they don’t wanna have to do anything here. Went to the next jiffy lube and was helped no problem. No excuses of systems being down. Just a smile and willingness

Was told I needed new brake pads to pass inspection. Then they tried to make me pay for rotors too even they were fine to pass inspection. Avoid this place. I wasted 3 hours here.
