Jhingo came into my life at a time of crisis and desperation. The big named auto body shop staffed by BMW certified mechanics messed up my radiator and coolant was leaking all over the place. Jhingo was able to isolate the problem after a quick inspection, knew what the fix was going to be and charged significantly less that the bigger shop. That was in 2020. I have never gone back and continue to take my 2011 BMW to Jhingo for all repairs. I can trust him and know he's not looking to make a quick buck off my one visit. Instead, he is as invested in the upkeep of my vehicle as I am. He tells me what repairs to prioritize and what to keep and eye on. He uses the same diagnostic equipment as the dealer and is on top of recalls too. If I could leave 10 stars I would because the quality of the work and the customer care are that phenomenal. The work takes time but when the car is returned you'll know you can trust the work has been done correctly and your money has not been wasted.

Joe is a thorough and attentive mechanic who explained everything clearly beforehand and made sure I left knowing more about my vehicles than when I arrived. I brought the car in for one thing and he made sure to check out everything so it would be in good working order before I left.
