From the first phone call looking for help with my fireplace, everyone I spoke to was professional and so kind. They set clear expectations and when the needed parts came in they were quick to get me on the schedule. The young man that came to my home was professional, kind, and friendly. He did a great job quickly. The price was completely reasonable as well. We are new to the area and will be calling on this company for all our HVAC and firplace needs!

My fireplace was in need of repair, and I looked around the web and found Jesse Heating and Air Conditioning. The service was impeccable and the repair work was thorough. It was a great experience and will not hesitate to do business with them again.

I have had four excellent interactions with Jesse. They haven't pressured me to buy anything, even further service. They were thorough, spent time making sure we had what we needed, and they were friendly. They are doing good work! Edit: It has been several months since my first review. I asked Jesse to come install a mini split system in my attic. The estimate process was easy. They did a quick, professional job installing the system. They left everything clean. Edit: My a/c unit threw errors and stopped running. Jesse came out within 3 hours, replaced one small part, and had it running again. There was no pressure to upgrade/service/replace anything, and the technician was completely professional. Surprisingly low cost for the level of service.

We've relied on Jesse since we've lived in this area and our experience last month was a reminder of how excellent their service is. On the evening when we turned on our heat for the first time this season, the boiler did not fire up. I called Jesse first thing in the morning, and they were able to send a tech (his name was Tyler if I recall correctly) who got to the house within hours. He quickly diagnosed that both the transformer and the thermocouple needed to be replaced. The transformer was challenging to find, but he and the other staff in the office were able to track one down locally. By lunch time we had the new transformer installed, the thermocouple replaced, and everything was up and running. Tyler was patient with all of my questions and helped me better understand the operation of the system as well — his expertise, responsiveness, and skill were much appreciated that day, and we will certainly continue to rely on Jesse going forward. Excellent!!! Tom from start to finish answered all my questions and concerns. Josh and Austin my installers were very professional and two of the nicest guys you’ll ever meet. The job turned out great and I would recommend this company to everyone thinking of getting a new hvac system. Their product and price was much better than my other quotes. 5 stars all the way!!
