Faith, Julio, and Mario are top-notch professionals. They were a pleasure to work with and made sure we had quality work done on our home at a competitive price. Their attentiveness to detail is superb, and their patience in answering questions and dealing with all the ins and outs of an insurance claim was greatly appreciated. There were some minor issues that did not go according to plan, but those were promptly and 100% addressed to our satisfaction and with no cost to us. Scheduling and work was done efficiently and thoroughly. If the need arises in the future, we know who to call!

Mario was there from day one. He guided me through the entire process and looking out for my best interest. Julio was very detailed and upfront with everything from procedures to cost. They made my entire experience gratifying and will definitely recommend their services to anyone and everyone. And I will be using their services in the future. Great service, labor and personal. Felt like family.

**UPDATE FAITH called me, was very empathetic, and we touched all bases. I upped my rating to 4 stars. As a small business, she’s very kind, and understanding, not blaming at all. They better keep her around. *** Before the Job: Julio was very available and responsive. He came by, spent time with us, and wasn't upset when we initially missed his appointment(oops). I was apprehensive about going with JAC because I was initially going to go with a roofer that we knew personally, but Julio was so knowledgeable on policies and roofing, that it felt like the safe choice. He worked a good deal with us, actually it was about the same amount of our other quote, but we still decided to go with them. The workers and materials came exactly when they said, and the job went smoothly. A project manager, I assume, came by to check on things too. After the Job: We let Julio know how things went and that one of my garden decorations was broken by some equipment. He said to send him where I got it from and he'd replace it. Also there were some shingle count inaccuracies, so he got with us to fix that too... We noticed that the vents were either not placed properly or the old ones were replaced. We called Julio several times, no answer. We sent him texts and pictures, no reply. It's been over a week, no reply. We messaged his secretary, she finally got back with us and said that they'd send someone out to fix it, but we don’t know when, she called us today to let us know they have some jobs right now and will come when the window opens. We asked about the garden decoration replacement update, ghost. We haven’t gotten a reply from Julio, but Faith took care of it after some communication delays. So all in all 3 stars. Great in the beginning ghost at the end from the owner. He hasn't replied to us at all but the secretary has.

This was the first time I have ever had a major project done on a house and Jac Roofing and Exteriors came through with some excellent work. Cory and his team were great. We had new windows, French doors, siding, roof and a 10x10 addition put on. Our little 1941 house was transformed from a drafty, non-energy efficient home to a cozy, air tight casa. I highly recommend this company. I will definitely be using them on future projects. Very professional and excellent communicators. Posting pictures to show off the work :). The pictures with the blue siding and paned windows are what they replaced.
