Lee Pahmiyer did a great job of replacing our old 30 year roof. The crew worked quickly but addressed the numerous concerns we had and provided good solutions to each issue. Lee Pahmiyer sent his crew out to my house to fix a leaking roof on a Friday night so I would be prepared for the impending rain. And boy did it rain - all week long! I highly recommend Lee - so friendly, thorough and quick to respond!

Lee Pahmiyer and his team did an exceptional job replacing my worn-out roof. Cody Wells did a very thorough evaluation of my existing roof before making a recommendation of replacement. He sent a detailed report with multiple photos and easy to understand explanations of what needed to be done and why. After receiving multiple bids, I chose Pahmiyer Roofing to replace our roof. Lee Pahmiyer was on site to personally make sure that the new roof was installed exactly as it should be. He is a detail-oriented person, and he was constantly evaluating the job as it was being done. I highly recommend Pahmiyer Roofing, and would use them again without hesitation.

After experiencing some roof damage/ice damning issues causing leak, we called Pahmiyer Roofing and Construction for an inspection and estimate. They made us aware of the damage caused by the unusual winter storm here in Texas as a result of ice damning as well as wind damage and hail. They worked with us and our insurance company closely and the end result was the roof needed to be replaced along with some minor interior ceiling repairs. Both Lee Pahmiyer (owner) and Cody Wells inspector/manager went to work quickly with us and our insurer and started repairs within a month and half to change the roof and fix the interior. The company and its employees/contractors involved were all very professional, clean, thorough, organized, punctual, and stayed on their announced schedule regarding all the work both outside and inside. I would confidently recommend Pahmiyer Roofing and Construction to anyone needing similar work both residential or commercial in the future. They stated what the repairs would consist of, estimated price, time allowance, and finish work,, all of that was within their estimated time line. I am extremely pleased with the work they completed on our home and the result looks great. 5 Star experience all the way around! We’ve had a lot of contractors and work done on our house over the years and Lee and his crew were the best! Timely, efficient, EXCELLENT in skills, great communication, and so professional! Lee always communicated any changes in plans and went above and beyond to make sure our place looked before than when he arrived! We love our roofs!!!
