J&R is absolutely amazing, the work they do on your vehicle is top notch! I will not take my car anywhere else except for here, they have amazing prices. They don’t overcharge you. I wouldn’t trust my car to anyone else except for them. The ladies that work the front desk are absolutely amazing, I work second shift and they are willing to send me a text since I can’t get phone calls at work to let me know what’s going on with my car and how much it is.

J & R Service provides excellent service from the first contact to the customer decides. I took my 2015 Nissan to have the outer handle replaced. When we walked we were greeted with a warm hello and immediately made me feel at home. Brad and team were professional and prompt in my repair. If you are in need of mechanic shop, look no further. Wow great place took it for a Diagnostic test and got there to pick it up they say the identical thing as O’Reilly lmao just a few things about tries and wipers. Cool the owner brings it out and a part falls off assuming it was the My reason for taking it to get tested oh wait they didn’t check into the car deep because people complain of money gouging. My reason for bringing it to you was for a loud noise whenever I accelerated why not drive it to hear the sound I specifically said. Oh I pulled it into the shop and didn’t hear it. Duh how about drive 20-30 miles maybe then you’ll hear it or is it easier to get money by doing the test and that all we seen on codes…. It’s an expensive car duh I have the means to get this fixed just not by you my first impression was a part falling off and you banging under my car saying I don’t know how that happened I need to keep it and check the housing…. It’s expensive I’ll pay extra somewhere else. Good thing you have a great explanation on why you didn’t check outside of a code throwing box. You think I’d invest 3000 into someone who couldn’t find a problem.
